Context

Jibrel was building a product suite around blockchain infrastructure and tokenization (wallet, stablecoin flows, block explorer, and a platform UI).

The environment required execution discipline: public visibility, frequent changes, and an elevated focus on security, auditability, and delivery predictability.

My role

I acted as a technical lead across multiple product streams - aligning product goals with engineering execution, establishing delivery cadence and ownership, and pushing for auditable, security-minded architecture decisions.

My focus was to keep the team shipping the right core capabilities while reducing thrash and delivery risk.

Key decisions

Focus the roadmap: prioritize core infrastructure and user-facing flows (wallet + tokenization platform) over peripheral experiments.
Cadence and ownership: establish a clear delivery rhythm, ownership map, and predictable release mechanics across streams.
Auditability and security posture: keep technical decisions reviewable, documented, and aligned with secure-by-default practices.
